Personal data protection
Cofresa complies with Spanish regulations on the protection of personal data, and guarantees full compliance with the obligations set forth in Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD) , Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21 , which approves the Regulations for the development of the LOPD and other regulations in force at any given time, and ensures the correct use and processing of the user’s personal data.

For technical reasons and to ensure quality of service, Cofresa is hosted on the servers of Soluciones Web On Line, SL ( privacy policy ), a Spanish company with facilities in Roquetas de Mar (Almería, Spain). Similarly, the email subscription and newsletter service is provided by MailChimp ( privacy policy ), a US-based company with facilities located in the United States.
Both Soluciones Web On Line, SL and Mailchimp adhere to the principles of “Safe Harbor”, in accordance with Commission Decision 2000/520/EC of 26 July 2000, which makes them entities with an adequate level of protection for the purposes of the LOPD.
